    My Brother placed an order for a soda. Cheesy bread and Blondie brownies at 6pm the delivery driver shows up an hour later with cold cheesy bread He pulled out of his trunk with no Papa John’s sleeve He walks up jingling the box under his arm, as if it’s an Amazon package no soda no brownies we call the establishment around 7pm They said oh we tried to call you to tell you there were no brownies. My brother had his phone in his hand since he placed the first order, trying to figure out what was going on. The driver now has to go back to the establishment to pick up the soda And get a new order of cheesy bread it’s now 9:30 and the order still hasn’t arrived My brother calls the location again for one of the associates to catch an attitude get smart and hang up the phone The delivery driver is incompetent and the associates are ignorant and disrespectful. There is one associate an older gentleman with salt and Pepper hair. Not only did he de-escalate the situation he provided a Solution
