Rude and alway missing food from my orders. Never seen a worse establishment in this plaza than the ones run by these people. Will never return to this location again based on their food and way they handle their customers. Disgraceful and horrible.

Staff started as strangers and grew to be like Family to me. Management and staff are amazing , don’t let the negative reviews fool you. This is an amazing study location with good quality food. Every time I come in to use my Sip Club Membership (unlimited drinks each month), she gives me a hard time to refill my drink before a 2-hour window. I have to set my watch alarm for 2 hours exactly or she gives me grief. Really. And often she'll make beef about my using my own (clean!) re-uasable, planet-friendly cup instead of their plastic, disposable 1-time use, landfill-bound cup. I've gone to 7 different Paneras in the NY / NJ area, and she is the only one who kicks up dust about these things. Very frustrating and annoying. Hence 1 star instead of my usual 5-star reviews. Not surprising this is THE least crowded Panera of all the ones I frequent.
