    Went to this location on 12/27, once inside waited for about 10 minutes without anyone paying any attention, I had to call someone just to ask why, guys are standing there talking, one comes out and told me that there are too many orders coming in via drive through and they have no time to serve customers inside and I need to go out and place my order through an automated system and anyway will take 30 minutes, the reason I went inside is that I wanted a special order. I left, drove around via drive through and placed an order which I received in less than 2 minutes. So, there was no “ too many customers”, there was no one! Guy said his name is Nick after I’ve asked several times for his name. Rude manager. No customer service at all.

    Worst experience ever. Who prepares a kids meal and leaves out the burger from the happy meal cheese burger. Unbelievable. In addition to that, they forgot to include the apple slices. Forget trying to call them. Their number just rings busy the entire time. PICK another McDonald’s.
