McDonald's app has issues and skip my order so they don't have my order. Their staffs listen my issue and helped me get my lunch. (Lunch hour I feel bad to bother them, they all look over work and busy)

WORST MCDONALD’S EVER! Be expected to wait 30+ minutes for your food. After all that waiting, your food shows up cold, stale, and missing items. The restaurant seems to be run entirely by unsupervised teenagers. The place is dirty, with unclean tables, overflowing trash cans, and filthy restrooms. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location.

I'm sorry but ever since new ownership this place is a disaster!! Every time I order the food it's burnt to a crisp! I had raw chicken that I ate! Just last night ordered through doordash the filet of fish , fries, chicken nuggets was so dark brown, it was disgusting not even able to eat was so burnt. The restaurant is always a mess. I mean it's ridiculous every time I have an issue. Someone needs to be there checking on the staff running the place because they are not doing a good job. I rather go to another mcdonald's that has fresher food.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location on October 20th around 5:40 PM. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Several employees were on their phones, ignoring customers, even though the line was nearly out the door. Instead of assisting guests, they were laughing, playing around, and wasting time behind the counter.
When I asked one of the workers if she could help me add an item to my meal before ordering, she looked me up and down and then walked away without saying a word. The overall environment was unprofessional and unsanitary. I also observed employees handling food and drinks without wearing gloves.
I’m not sure who the general manager or owner of this establishment is, but the staff here clearly needs retraining on basic customer service, professionalism, and food safety standards. I plan to contact the health department to report these unsanitary conditions and ensure the proper authorities review the security footage from that time.
