I rather go to another mcdonald's that has fresher food.

Several employees were on their phones, ignoring customers, even though the line was nearly out the door. Instead of assisting guests, they were laughing, playing around, and wasting time behind the counter. When I asked one of the workers if she could help me add an item to my meal before ordering, she looked me up and down and then walked away without saying a word. The overall environment was unprofessional and unsanitary. I also observed employees handling food and drinks without wearing gloves. I’m not sure who the general manager or owner of this establishment is, but the staff here clearly needs retraining on basic customer service, professionalism, and food safety standards. I plan to contact the health department to report these unsanitary conditions and ensure the proper authorities review the security footage from that time.
