  This might be the absolute worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Let’s start with their unreliable hours posted online and on their door. Once placed a pick up order for this location and get here, the door is locked at 10pm (hours say open until midnight) and they proceed to cancel my order 5 hours later. The wait here is endless. If you plan on coming here, order at least 45 minutes before you arrive, then expect to have to heat your food up when you get home. The service is atrocious. There is never a manager in sight. The place is being mismanaged and run by a bunch of young kids who of course, do not care about customer service. After all that, check to make sure they got your order right, because if you order a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle, you’ll most likely end up with a sausage McMuffin.

  This place is the absolute worse McDonald’s ever. Nothing about this place is fast food. You wait over 20 minutes for your food and when you get it everything is cold. Never have fresh fries. Staff just hides behind the newly built wall and don’t come out to help at all. This place needs to be shut down. Don’t waste your money in coming here. It’s just ran by a bunch of kids who don’t care about quality or customer service

  Terrible service and management!! This is the only mcdonalds on staten island that i would extinguish from this planet. Horrible food it was uncooked and had some sticky white substance in it. Horrible everything i would annihilate this business.

  i tried to use my giftcard on the app but it wont let me, so i resort to uber eats. that was an hour ago. “preparing order” i know for a fact fast food doesnt take an hour to prepare. it says latest arrival is 7:25 and now its 7:30. get a grip

  This review stems from a visit around Thanksgiving- If there is a worse McDonald's on Staten Island, I would be genuinely surprised. If it weren't the one closest to me, I wouldn't bother. The restaurant itself is a hole in the wall, and the darkness of the color scheme eerily foreshadowed the experience. The fries were stale, even by McDonalds standards. The burgers were cold, and as if a bet had been placed the nuggets managed to be both cold and stale. If you'd told me somebody died in the men's bathroom earlier that day, I'd have believed it. It wasn't a murder scene, there was no blood, but there was a very powerful odor of urine and a massive puddle on the floor with wet paper towels in it as if someone half heartedly attempted to sop it up and ran out of towels midway through the "effort". The tables were left dirty-- we cleaned our own. I would actively go out of my way to avoid eating at this location again. There is one relatively nearby on Hylan that is kept in better condition, if you have your heart set on eating at McDonalds.
