  I had a very frustrating experience at this McDonald's location. I arrived at the drive-thru and waited in line. When I reached the speaker, no one responded. Eventually, I had to move forward to the pickup window where there was already one car ahead of me, which also took quite a long time. During this time, three cars behind me left the drive-thru because no employee was responding or assisting customers. I will also attach pictures showing the vehicles that left without being served. It also appeared that the order was marked as “ready” in the system long before it was actually handed over. Employees should be properly trained to mark orders as ready only when they are actually given to the customer. Marking them earlier creates unnecessary issues and delays. I also have complete dash cam footage of the entire situation, including the waiting time at the speaker and the drive-thru line, which clearly shows the delay. I hope management reviews this issue and improves staff responsiveness and training to avoid similar situations in the future.

  Is a busy spot with online orders and they know, what I don't understand why they aren't ready for their rush.

  McDonald's serves very good food that's the highlight here. Unfortunately, the service and atmosphere were both just average and didn't match the quality of the food. Worth visiting for the meal, but don't expect much from the setting or staff.

  I sat down to eat a meal and was shocked that they were playing all the gospel music over the intercom 2-9-26 1:40 pm. Thought it was a little offensive, considering how many Muslim staff and customers they have. Not offensive at all to me, but it doesn't seem like a smart business decision.

  Don't go to this location at all. It says it's open 24 hours and they don't do any service at all after certain hours. I came here twice and they don't want to Take any orders even on the kiosk. They will turn you even if it is not the breakfast hours. Same if you go into the drive thru. It's a waste of time to go to this location. They have the lobby open and when you go in they turn you down. I tries to contact the company and the location locator doesn't help either unless you have a old receipt from this location.
