I placed my order online, went to pick it up, and to my surprise, they had given it to someone else, and they simply offered no solution. I ordered again using the self-service machines, waited for an hour for my order, and they gave me whatever they wanted. The attention and service are terrible!!!!

The app advised to pick up via counter or drive through, tried to explain the whole situation but staff was just blaming me for not staying at the spot, refused to listen to the whole situation and fixed the issue. Wish I can give 0 star.
