So I spoke up while she walked away telling her I wanted another sandwich. I wanted a coffee but after walking away without completing my order. I didn't care to spend anymore money there. As I'm paying with my card, she was just holding my bag like she's waiting to see if my card was going to decline. I like dunkin but these franchise people from other country needs to learn customer service
