The posted closing time within this Google profile is 10PM, which matches the closing time on the Dunkin Donuts app. The specific issue that I experienced was on the Dunkin Donuts app. We placed an order around 9PM for pickup at 9:15. We arrived at 9:15 and were told that they close at 9PM. The doors were locked and when we knocked on the door, were told that they cannot issue us a refund because they already closed out the register. They suggested that I come back the following day for a refund, which would be a major inconvenience for me. I ultimately received a refund directly through the Dunkin Donuts app. I will not be returning to this location and just wanted to make others aware of this deceptive business practice. They should not be accepting orders on the Dunkin Donuts app for pick-up during non-operating hours.
