- GGgrettaSep 27, 20252.0I was ask nicely to do my drink without ice, because i can’t drink cold for a reason, and then a worker named Wagdy said “ okay less ice” i nicely repeated “no ice at all please “ and he said what i need to pay extra money, just for no ice drink, i asked why, because i don’t ask to replace ice to more drink and i NEVER had problems with order at dunkin with no ice. he said that again, i repeate myself again what i’m not asking to replace ice to get more drink, i just asked to get a drink without friaking ice. he was so dissatisfied, talking to me in a sarcastic tone.
