Not only was she so nasty when she asked what I wanted but did she give me the dirtiest look as I was retrieving my coffee. If you want me to be honest nobody should come to this Dunkin because the customer service is terrible and they can’t even make the coffee right. I would hope that Human Resources or the district manager understood what true customer service is because it is definitely not Zeenat!
