  This place never has a manager working to correct its employees mistakes. I dont understand how you can run a Business without a manager present. The employees are incompetent and argue with after asking for a correction.

  I placed a mobile order for Wicked Munchkins, which were supposed to be assorted. I specifically ordered 10 chocolate munchkins, but I didn’t get a single chocolate one — they were all vanilla. The only thing that was right in my order was the hot chocolate. I feel like I completely wasted my $20 today by going to Dunkin’ Donuts. I also tried calling several times to fix the issue, but no one answered the phone.

  This review is specifically for Sarah. I know a good worker when I see one. She's a great employee, knows how to make orders properly, and is always pleasant and helpful.
