After ordering the 2nd pizza they called asking why I did a 2nd when the 1st was delivered. I check outside and 1st pizza showed up late and the pizza type was entirely wrong and completely cold. They then have the audacity to call again asking if I want to pick up the 2nd pizza. I tell them to deliver it, and the 2nd pizza arrives late according to the tracker, and cold again. Don't order from this place.

When my cousin politely asked them to wear gloves, they made an excuse about the heat — which was understandable — but then my cousin specifically requested that they wash their hands before preparing the food since they are strict vegetarians and don’t eat any kind of meat. Even after giving clear instructions, the person still touched beef and other meat items while preparing the order. When we requested them to remake it, they did — but the second pizza came out completely burnt and tasteless. I honestly don’t know if they did it out of revenge or carelessness, but either way, I found the whole experience really disappointing and unacceptable. We paid money for what? Such terrible food? And disrespect?
