  I have never been here before, so I stood nearby to look at the menu. An older woman at the cash register shouted at me to come to order, and when I said I wasn’t ready she rolled her eyes. When I was ready, I came up to the counter where she took my order super quickly and walked away. It was loud, so I understand if she didn’t hear me properly, but when my order was ready it was incorrect. I requested it to be changed, which a nice young man accommodated quickly, but the older woman came up and began aggressively arguing with me that that’s what I ordered and I should take it. She then turned around, brought her hands up, and shouted “Oh my God…” in annoyance. I understand it’s frustrating to input/make the wrong order, but from start to finish the interaction from this older woman was disrespectful and I will not be returning.

  I work in the mall and the service is the best I ever had staff are so pleasant they are amazing people one of the best is Calvin he goes above and beyond plus the food is amazing compared to the other food place in the mall this place has made me sick or get food poisoning one of the cleanest places in the food court where you don’t have to worry about if you would get sick or not

  I went for the chicken Philly, and it was… fine. The bread was soft and slightly toasted, chicken was flavorful enough, and everything was hot and fresh — all the basic boxes checked. It’s a solid bite when you’re hungry, but not exactly something I’ll be craving later or bragging about to friends. Charley’s is consistent, decent value, and fills the void, but it’s not the “best cheesesteak in the world” they claim. If you go in expecting something quick and satisfying rather than life-changing, you’ll leave happy enough. Would I order again? Sure. It did its job — nothing more, nothing less.
