The young Black cashier pretended not to see the order I had placed via the app; however, an older male employee confirmed that my order had indeed gone through successfully. After that, the cashier refused to respond to me any further. Dunkin frequently hires unprofessional and temperamental staff members like this—doing so will only result in the loss of more customers.
