  Don’t go here unless you want to be robbed. Two different times I paid cash at the window and they tried to tip themselves. When I made it clear that they didn’t give me my money back they acted confused like I didn’t just see them put money in the tip jar and not give it back to me.

  Choose another Dunkin. Arrived for the Knicks tote bag at 5 am when the location opened. The workers told me they did not have them ready and to come back when the manager arrives at 8 or 9. First red flag is not being ready when your store is open for your own promotion. Ok, I came back later with my friend because we each wanted one. We go through the drive through and attempt to order a latte and coolatta to which they promptly say it is only for iced coffees. See the image below of the promotion: ANY MED DRINK OR LARGER BEV. We got 2 iced coffees so because we are 2 customers it should be 2 bags right? Nope. The manager who was late to his own store opening comes out and says he is refusing to give us 2 bags. We tried to cancel 1 of the drinks or the entire order and just come inside separately to purchase and he also says no because we are the same customer and he will not give it to us. Incredibly dumb logic that the manager was willing to stand his ground on over a simple promotion. Do not buy from here and avoid the unprofessional and unethical manager at all costs.

  The absolute worst dunkin on the island the workers are extremely nasty and rude . The coffee is a hit or miss but some of the workers are very rude . Others could be nice sometimes but it depends the day. Overall Everytime i go they are nasty and im done with them
