    I visited Dunkin’ Donuts today and spent $23 on food, which I ate in the store. As a paying customer—and especially being pregnant—I needed to use the restroom, but I was not allowed access. This was extremely frustrating and uncomfortable. I had to leave and go to Stop & Shop just to use the bathroom. I don’t believe this is acceptable treatment for customers, and it felt especially concerning given my condition. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.
