- JCJustin Cruz4 days ago1.0As a man of color coming into this location, I felt completely discriminated against and found that the manager and their morning shift employees were so unprofessional, I’ve noticed time and time again different treatment to different customers, depending on how they looked, I work in the same plaza and figured I’d treat myself every once in a blue to breakfast there although I don’t have much fast food, for instance, one time I ordered a sandwich along with a coffee ended up waiting 32 minutes, watched customers order in house and get food before me me walk to work and check in the bag and there was just a wad of napkins and ketchup, I walked back and explained to them, and they looked at me as if I was crazy and lying, soon the female employee said something and said oh I’m sorry and pull the sandwich out in between two machines and handed it to me. Another incident I waited around 27 minutes and when I finally spoke up and said, hey, do you happen to know if my order is ready they looked at me and discussed then realize the order and said oh sorry we never had any croissants so I mentioned why didn’t you guys just let me know I would gladly take something else and they made it for me with annoyance. There are five more incidents just like this some worse than others. One day I expressed my concern to what is happening and it became a big deal and although they acknowledged every single time they did it not once have I ever received a sorry, I don’t think this is customer service at all more like selective customer service. They shop at my job all the time the main manager, and she jokes about her racist incidents with some of my employees who brought it to my attention. Now embarrassed a lot of my employees also refused to go there, and we also are filing charges for discrimination.
