- SCSteve CrossJun 13, 20232.0These people seem to mean well, but the parent company doesn't really know how to run an online business. We ordered a birthday cake, for which my wife prepaid. The confirmation said to stop by at noon on the given day; I arrived at 12:30. Sadly, the cake wasn't ready -- it wasn't even in the store! Apparently, they make the cakes in a second location on the other side of town and it still was there! So I made a second trip 90 minutes later and there it was -- along with a district manager, who offered a sincere apology. That's all well and good...but here's my bigger issue. The employee when I first arrived offered -- very appropriately, I might add! -- that they had other cakes in the front freezer. "Oh, great," I said, and started to walk that way. "Can you write a greeting on it?" Turns out that's not allowed -- no greetings can be done "locally;" only at the store across town. Yeah, their ice cream cakes are good and they try hard. Still room for improvement, though...and, perhaps, a little training to enable employees to write a few simple words on an existing cake if the custom one doesn't make it by the deadline!

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
