ALL THAT JAVA is a tiny coffee house concept modeled after the ubiquitous tiny coffee shops found outside Seattle. Our founder, Samantha Knoop, grew up in NYC, and then moved outside Seattle for the next 15 years of her life. She became a part of the coffee culture out there. Visiting her Mom and family back in the Hudson Valley she would wonder why the idea of these tiny coffee shops hadn't made it back east. She dreamt of one day returning to New York and opening her own fleet of these tiny coffee shops. In 2016 the timing was right and she did it. We now have four locations--Rhinebeck, Tivoli, Millbrook and Stanfordville. Our roaster is outside Seattle, we only use Poland Springs water to brew our coffee. Please stop by!
