As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I love the food and have been a practical groupie because of the deals and the tasty menu items. I have been a fan of this particular location because of two servers in particular that always go out if their way to be friendly and helpful whenever I encounter them. Enuf is one, and a female cashier--whose name I am ashamed to admit I never remember properly.
However, the one star I'm giving is because I walked into the dining room one day, (to get some extra sauces that I forgot to ask for during my drive-thru), and I heard the manager-- (whose name I later discovered was Monica),
making perceivable racist statements regarding potential candidates for employment that an employee there had referred to her.
First as a former manager of a fast food establishment myself, I found it tasteless that she would be speaking loud enough for the front of the house to hear back of the house operations, But to hear an employee ask her why was she hesitating on interviewing candidates that he had referred to her when they clearly needed to hire more people, and to hear her repeatedly and angrily reply to this employee that she would gladly interview them if he was just tell her whether the candidates were white, black, or Middle Eastern.. completely turned me off and turns my stomach.
I have noticed that every time there's an African American employee hired.. they're suddenly swapped out with someone who's Middle Eastern or Latino very quickly.
This is certainly a disappointment since especially in that area the people who are most loyal in most purchasing from that location are African Americans. Might seem like an age old thing, and people might be getting tired of racism, but maybe they should get tired of racism in a way that makes a difference for better world.

MY SECOND TIME BUYING AT THIS UNIT AND NOTHING CHANGED.
Don't bother going to this unit, the food is just bad, the fries are made in old dirty oil you can see the oil smoking when cooking.
The burger dry, no taste, no love!
When I received my order the fries are so greasey it saturated both bags.
Try the one on Guy brewer Blvd.
