And she got all mad that she had to remake it but i was very kind and polite. It was a dark haired girl then I sat there and waited for my donuts for probably 5 minutes until someone came to the window. Dunkin’ is so expensive and they suck at customer service.

This was a mobile order, I placed it how I wanted it. The line was long in drive thru so I went in to have it corrected. The brown haired worker- who I wasn’t talking to- was rude chiming in trying to insult me?? I will be filing a complaint because there clearly needs to be some retraining and discipline. Just checked the bagels I got and one is severely overcooked. I’ll be contacting my bank for a refund as well.
