On 10/30/2025 around 5:50 went to a pick up ...show the supervisor or manager at least that's how she was behaving. .whichever one she is it's a short heavily built women....showed her my order she shouted " I dont have type to look at that"you would think im her child or home girl ....I told her im seeing the order on the table she continued to scream at me that she dont care ....I told her im noy being combative with her ....she proceed to go to the back saying this "big whole girl trying me"......if that's a representative of your company it sure is very distasteful and horrible .......staff needs to be trained on how to deal with whatever mental problems their dealing with ....will never return to that location and would advise others not to order or return their.

This establishment needs work! From the system being down to not accepting any credit card payment to missing menu items is just the tip of the start. This location is conveniently negative on all aspects & inconvenient. Avoid this location at all costs

Absolutely shocked at the quality of staff here. I got here today as a driver doing a delivery for uber. The lady handing us the orders was extremely rude. Kept screaming at me. They did not have a frappe so she kept asking me to call the customer. After telling her i cant unless i pickup the order. She was like but the other guy can or whatever i explained to her i was talking to uber support. She started then badmouthing me to her other coworkers right infront of my face i had also ordered a small fry for myself. When i politely asked her if i could get my fried at the pickup window she was like sir cant you see we dont hand them out here? That seemed like my only option because no one was at the counter upfront. The order which was already ready out of spite this lady then had me wait another 6 minutes and kept looking at me until she finally gave me the order. The staff here need to be trained. Corporate needs to come in. Because honestly this is customer disservice instead of customer service

Honestly speaking from a regular customer point of view who always order and tolerate their BS I’m finally done and over these kids that are working on the night shift especially. I usually visit this specific location after completing my night shift job and let me tell you from the moment you start to make a order these people who’re speaking on the headset gives you stink attitude like you’re begging them for something rather ordering n paying for your food. If you have problems as a person do not take it to work and be mean and disrespectful to others. I ordered and specifically told the girl I needed kitchen mayo and bbq sauce, I get home and found out it’s only 1 sweet and sour sauces In my bag and the quarter ponder was made so sloppy lacking any effort of preparation or presentation and the large fries was given seemed small, like come on I’m not complaining about food quantity but the presentation and preparation for food that matter !! I’m not the kind to complain but this has been happening far too long and these night shift people need to get customer service training and be more mannered to people because professionalism should always be shown at any job or proper establishment. It’s highly disappointing at this point
