  They always mess up the orders I ask for 2 of the same Thing and they forget same thing with my nuggets I ask for 20 and I only get 15 /13 they have to at least make sure everything we Oder is in the bag 🤦‍♂️

  Check your drinks well before leaving because I went to pick up food and I had ordered sprite and they gave me mineral water it is very bad that they put something else if they don't have to say they don't have and that’s it

  I am beyond frustrated with this McDonald’s in Spring Valley. This location is consistently the worst in the entire 845. They always mess up orders, and the customer service is terrible. The attitudes are rude from the moment you pull up. They never give the correct sauces, and when you try to clarify, they insist they did—even when it’s obviously wrong. Today, my mother ordered the Grinch meal and specifically asked for sweet and sour sauce. They told her multiple times that it was in the box, but when she got home, the box was packed with barbecue sauce instead. On top of that, the quality of service has gone downhill over the past few years. Whatever changes were made in management and staffing have clearly not worked out, because the service has become noticeably worse compared to before. Accuracy, professionalism, and customer care have all dropped. And honestly, the cleanliness is also questionable. I’ve personally seen things inside this location that made me uncomfortable as a customer, and it does not look well-maintained at all. The lack of attention, consistency, and overall responsibility at this store is unacceptable. Management needs to take control and make serious improvements because this is easily one of the most poorly run McDonald’s in the area.

  My sibling went to pick up my order around 10:20am he gave them the correct name and order # the guy asked my sibling 3 times what’s the code and told him “ pull up to the window we have it” he drove to the window waiting and was told they don’t have it. It was two McMuffins and hash browns. He wasn’t able to show his screen because his screen is broken. But how do we go from we have it and don’t have it. I tried calling to get my refund but straight to voicemail. I’m not able to refund it on the McDonald’s app because it saids to contact the store. They walk away with my hard earned money. Unbelievable!
