- MDMichelle DiazDec 20, 20251.0On Fri 12/19/25 at 7am, I walked in, took a lap around the store, and I couldn’t find the card aisle. I didn’t see any workers to ask if I may have missed it, so I went up to customer service. I made eye contact with a bald man with glasses and facial hair before approaching, and then everyone with him scattered like cockroaches. I stood at customer service for a few seconds, and was told by this same man that customer service was closed until 9:30 come again later. Not even an offer to see if I needed help with anything, just immediately shooed away. I ended up asking a gentleman who worked at a counter where the card aisle was and directed me to bakery, and admitted that they do not have an aisle hence why I thought I missed it. My local Stop & Shop out west doesn’t have individuals who act like the first worker, so I am shocked that in such a nice neighborhood I was treated a certain way by him.

He has the absolute worst customer service in any place I’ve ever been in my life, he’s miserable. His head is buried in his phone every single time I go in there and I’m there multiple times a week as I’m a local. Seems like he’s always annoyed and he only hears what he wants to hear. Get rid of him!
