- MWMeo WangMar 29, 20261.0Decent supermarket, terrible staff. Lady at the self-checkout counter had a very rude attitude. My screen was frozen on the “please wait” screen after I tapped my card, I did’t need a receipt or anything but I wanted to just make sure the payment went through. I gave it time, but after stand there for a good minute it didn’t go anywhere, so I turned around and waved and said “hi excuse me this PIN pad has just been stuck on this screen”, the lady didn’t even said hi back, matter of fact she never said a single word, she just walked here, I was standing right in front the screen and she didn’t even bother to say”excuse me”, she just reached over for and tapped on it very hard a couple times and walked away. I’m sorry if you had a bad day but either just go home and get yourself together, or if you are here at least PRETEND to be nice.

- EPEvelyn PatersonMar 11, 20263.0Shopping there since it opened. My one stop shop, almost 400 a week. I use the scan it gun to make it more efficient so I get audited 1 out of every 5 times. Never had an issue till today. Self checkout cashier A*drew finished scanning my cart and I tried to weigh my produce. He starts getting short tempered and grabbing my produce away from me and throwing it in my cart and saying "bananas,bananas,bananas". 😒 Umm, can you communicate what you want me to do? With all the stores in the area I will probably start shopping elsewhere now. If I saw one of my coworkers treat a customer in that manner they would have been pulled off the floor and reprimanded immediately. It's a shame. All the depts are great. I love shopping there but I don't need to be mistreated and aggravated when I need to shop.
