  They always mess up my order, whether it’s a sandwich or a simple donut, they always get my order wrong. And its not like they are extremely busy with customers, when i get there in the morning there isnt that many customers there or on line, (if they were swamped with customers then i could understand messing up an order here and there because of how busy it is, but it wasn’t busy at all) so its just the workers simply not paying attention to what’s been ordered.

  Asked for a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and jelly. They managed to burn all of the seeds on the top of the bagel so it tastes slightly burnt. The cream cheese and jelly were dumped directly in the center and not spread on the bagel. It’s literally dripping out of the center onto my wrapper.

  I have ordered matcha drink from this Dunkin multiple times. There are only few times that the drink was made according to the instructions. Drink is always either milky or watery. The label says it has 3 matcha powder but I highly doubt they put 3 matcha. Basically you cannot taste matcha at all from their drink it’s mostly milk or water. Some employees don’t even follow the instructions when making the drink. They don’t read the order properly.

  This place is a joke. It’s a lucky day whenever I actually get the order I asked for. Idk if they’re having a hard time finding people to work here or if they’re grabbing people off the street, giving them aprons and planting them behind the counter, but this place is run by some of the most incompetent people I have ever come across. This time I ordered a caramel craze latte hoping for a miracle and the guy that made my drink didn’t even put the syrup. It was plain milk with a few crumbs of cinnamon. If these people don’t have the attention span or the comprehension to understand what the customers are ordering, from their own menu mind you, they need to hand this place over to someone else because they clearly have no idea what they’re doing.

  The stuff here are very nasty disgusting indain works who are always shouting at customers. No one can't get a breakfast deal of $6 dealer for 2 customers total $12. + tax. I asked for manager and no one responded to where the manger was. The manager lady always gives 100% customers satisfaction get the breakfast deal $6 and one switch coffee to tea and one just coffee. The Employees there started screaming and yelling no one can't help. So maybe just maybe Donkin Donuts is rich and the nasty Employees don't want business. In addition, maybe only the lady manger want business but not the Employees.
