I even included the hotel room number to where I was staying. I spent the better part of an hour looking at the pizza tracker so I would not miss the driver. When my pizza tracker said the pizza was delivered I went downstairs to meet the driver. There was no driver..I waited outside for twenty minutes and still nothing. I called the store who initially claimed there was no order. Once I gave my number he was able to pull up the information. He told me the order was cancelled. I asked them to send another pizza. He asked me to place a new order. Hung up. I walked over there and the guy behind the counter told me there was nothing he could do. My refund better be in my account faster then they ate my pizza. unorganized...poorly run...dirty...I am relieved I didnt get my pizza... order at your own risk... SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. UGH NASTY SERVICE.
