  Got there at 6 oclock, ordered and sat down, the dining room was empty, sat there for 45 minutes before asking for a refund, had to wait another 30 minutes for the refund. My daughter had to use the restroom where we actually had to take her to Cumberland farms right next door because both bathrooms had poop smeared everywhere all over the toilets and floors. Half the staff were just sitting in the back of the kitchen throwing fries and other things at eachother having fun which explains why almost every other comment is about long wait. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Completely overrun by DoorDash orders. Staff can’t handle the workload, they are stressed out. I’ve had to wait 30 minutes for a single coffee. Drive through always huge line with slow service because of the DoorDash. Nothing against the staff, they’re overworked.

  Got there around noon, super busy at that time, but everyone was really cool and the food came out in a decent time😀

  I came through drive at 11:49 while my local store closes at 12, the refused to give me a mobile order I had put in 10 minutes prior because “he was told to close early” while there was 2 cars in the line of the drive through receiving food.

  This is the lowest rating I have ever given. Not even because the food is bad it's pretty okay but I went to the drive thru to get fries a burger and water. 45 minutes for that much. Not even 1 person in drive thru 4 people! And drive thru was 3-4 cars max. Listen It's a okay food like mcdonalds but the wait when I was in front was crazy that's why I'm giving it 2 stars.
