  I was doing a DoorDash delivery and had to go to this subway in somers. It was like pulling teeth with them for them to make the order because the order didn’t get to their system. DoorDash support was doing there best to help me and tried calling the store but the one employee that was there working purposely ignored the call, no one else but me was in the store, and was giving me an unnecessary attitude, same as the manager of the store

  SHOULD GET NEGATIVE STARS Service at this location is consistently poor. Utilize the app to order and order is never ready upon the stated arrival time. This is not the first time. Then, while waiting, people walk in from the street, place their order, and GET THE FOOD BEFORE MY ORDER IS EVEN STARTED! I waited 20 minutes in store for my order to be ready. They marked the time as 1:35pm but I was not handed my food until 1:55pm! I asked for a refund, they told me they could not issue me one, I would have to use the app. Only, WHO CAN FIND THAT OPTION ON THE APP. Then another employee enters the store from outside, and seats their child at my table. WHO DOES THIS BIZZARE STUFF! I am a stranger Dont sit your small child with a stranger. An absolute terrible experience all the way around. And the sandwiches were sub par even for Subway. SIgh, Never again.

  Sign says closed Sundays at 6pm but i showed up at the door at 5:40pm and they place was closed?
