  Don't get me wrong, food here is great. However upon arriving i realized I had made a mistake and ordered for the wrong time. No big deal we were 10 minutes early and we're patient people. Gentleman with short gray hair TELLS me "If you are that close, why didn't you just come in to order" I explained that i messed up my time slot multiple times and that I had no issue waiting. He seemed annoyed. Order comes thru and they tell me theyre out of the bagel I wanted, disappointed but i picked a different one. They finish my order and instead of handing it to me, they place it on the shelf like im not even sitting right there when they knew what order I was waiting on. Overall the staff was okay, just the one older gentleman who was rude and really seemed like he didn't want us there. Food was correct and good aside from my bagel not being the one that I wanted. The atmosphere there isnt great, I really felt unwelcome sitting and waiting and like I was a bother to them rather than a consumer buying a product FOR them.

  Ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches on UberEats. When I received it, most of order was wrong and the sandwiches were lazily assembled. Called them to file a complaint about my order because I never experienced this when I’ve ordered in-person. The employee on the phone was very dismissive and asked me to “hang up the phone for a sec” without an explanation. This used to be a place I would sing high praises to people I know but that is no longer the case. Maybe the other locations are better, but I will most likely not support the one on Main St again

  Bagels and sandwiches are very consistent. Can't go wrong there.

  Bagels are small and mediocre. Cream cheese is an additional $1.75 each and there is barely any on there. Way overpriced for the quantity/quality you get. Classic case of a big company buying a wonderful local place and making it more expensive and worse

  I NEVER write bad reviews that being said the attitude from the old people that work here is CRAZY. I placed a to go order for an egg sandwich box late Sunday night to pick up for 7:40am on Monday, got there at 7:50 no worries. Told the guy that I would have someone else pick it up in 20 minutes to give them some extra time because he said they were busy. He said something along the lines of “I can’t believe people expect their food to be ready so fast when they drop such big orders last minute” under his breath. Maybe the company shouldn’t offer breakfast boxes so early if the employees can’t make them without complaining, and complaining at the customer at that. The food is okay but honestly not good enough to deal with miserable olds so early in the morning after I spent $110.00.
