  This location constantly serves less than a full smoothie. It is always several ounces below the top. Any other local tropical location I go to they give you a full serving. This locations prices are also higher so please tell me why you charge more and undercut your customer. You’re losing my business at this spot. At almost $20 for a meal you should get what you pay for and sadly here you do not. I visit nearly every tropical smoothie in the area throughout the month and I also live near this one. Out of every location I go to this one is the outlier. I thought it was the employee but I’ve had a lot of different people make my smoothie and it’s never different. You always short me. I’m amazed no one else has called you out on this

  Place is TANKING... Use to be a respectably fast-paced to have your order ready, now they would hire anybody that service and wait time will be longer than usual, even if you ordered through the app. Today, we saw and witnessed only 2 staff workers... and lately question myself if this still would be one of the places to get lunch after giving the benefit of the doubt of that location. I might as well switch to the Hauppague location if I prefer a evenly-paced restaurant without any hiccups, and also doesn't look as nonchalant as Smithtown. Place needs a hard reset as soon as possible unless they like to lose customers. Ps: chin-strap gentleman looks miserable...
