  Well, it's 1030 on Monday evening.I'm getting off of work.I'm hungry and it says the thrive through is open til midnight. The outside lights are completely off.But the inside lights are on the menu, light is on, but they don't answer the drive through.I got a picture of the kid on his phone inside. I guess he's getting an hour and a half pay with doing nothing. This location is gone downhill.

  I ordered here via the app for the 1st time. It is Friday and I wanted to order the filet o' fish. I was shocked that when I arrived the food was prepared as requested, 3xs the pickles and no cheese. Very happy about that. I also opted to order the Shamrock shake. It was delicious. This is an immaculately clean restaurant. Plenty of parking and they now offer a similar in-dining service that rivals Chik filet. I also observed a young team member serve a veteran. The patience and customer service were outstanding. Well done! Overall, this was a great experience. I will be back again.

  My son prefers a very specific custom order and they always get it right. Drive-through and curbside service is always quick, friendly, and correct. Makes it much easier to grab something quick when you know it won’t be a hassle. I appreciate places like this making things easier for the community.

  I had a really disappointing experience here. The female employee was extremely rude and acted like she didn’t want to be there. I had a ready-to-go order and was still left waiting for 15 minutes with no explanation. Very unprofessional and inattentive. Definitely not the level of customer service I expect.
