Their food is obviously good, But they have messed up my order plenty of times, Just now I payed for chicken nuggets and guess what, They give sauce but no nuggets, How the heck is that even possible?

Went through the drive through. Ordered food for 6 people. One of my kids wanted a ranch snack wrap and sweet tea. I get to the window and the employee tells me they are out of sweet tea. So now I have to get my kid a different drink. I pick up the food and get home only to discover my kids’s ranch snack wrap is not in the bag. No sweet tea and now no snack wrap = very upset kid. Had to order snack wrap from uber eats so my kid could have dinner. It wasn’t even busy at this McDonald’s at 8pm.

I think some of the folks who work at McDonalds would benefit from some extra traning before putting together orders.
For me it's a 50/50 shot if my order will be made correctly.
Today I ordered the Double Cheeseburger meal with ketchup and cheese only. The labels on the burgers even read "Only Ketchup" and "Only Cheese".
Can someone at McDonakds explain to me how someone reads that and thinks, "Oh hey, these burgers need some pickles!"
I can't stand the taste of pickles. This is the main reason why I never have an urge to have them on my burgers.
I guess in the end its my mistake for ordering McDondalds.

I have seen (and been employed by) mismanaged establishments before, but this location writes the book on inept and untrained staff. I placed the order through the app. I waited at the first speaker to give my code, but nobody was there. We drove up to the next kiosk and the person behind me was being assisted. AND, still no service!!!! I parked and when my wife went in, all she heard was an irate staff, complaining that “Michael” did not show up again!!! He only works one day a week!!! Great!! Let’s air the back of house grief with your guests. When my wife was FINALLY addressed, she was told they gave our order away by mistake. She waited another ten minutes. Boy!!! How efficient! The food was inedible garbage, which we threw out. I only started coming back here after an incident years back when a team member threw my order across the counter to me. The manager clearly works from the office and the DM must spend their working hours on TikTok. Simply put, this location should be restarted from the top down. Shameful!
