So I onlt ordered the new Banana Pudddin Cloud Latte. Not only was there no banana syrup in it when I had asked for extra, there wasnt any banana cold foam on top, but instead.. chocolate cold foam. I wish I tasted it before I drove away as I didnt have time to turn around on the highway and get it remade before work. Just disappointing all around and a gross drink I couldn't drink.

Went home and both my wife and I found it to be bitter. Brought it back and they admitted that it was too dark/strong and hence the bitterness. They made new ones and guess what, they were more bitter than the initial ones.

Our drinks were full to the brim with ice and we received regular milk. I have a dairy allergy so this was a problem. We waiting for an extremely long time for our two drinks and the workers seemed keen on simply flirting with each other instead of servicing us.
