Lots of customers were getting impatient. Luckily i ordered only a drink, left empty handed and frustrated after failing even to get the attention of the staff.

I placed the order on the screens and being a loyal customer, I normally get a message + email. Since I didn't get it, I asked her to check if the order went through. She checked and said "it has not come through yet but sometimes when it is is busy the screen takes time". This was after 5 mins of placing the order. She also told me "I'll let you know as soon as I see it". Another 15 mins passed and I went back and this time there was another cashier who said she can't see my order. I explained to her that it's been 15-20 mins now and this cashier didn't seem to care as well or feel there was something odd. Another 10 mins later I went back and had to yell at the 3rd cashier there who then went and "checked my systems and monitors" letting me know the order didn't go through. I had two hungry and crying toddlers and asked if I can place th order / if they can put us ahead of the other orders. But they couldn't and took another 10-15 mins to get my order. It's the worst service I have experienced in my life from a fast food joint. Jordana then comes from the back to give me my order and she didn't even know / remember of me or the fact that she told me earlier that she had to let me know if she didn't see my order. Just avoid this place like a plague!!
