Found flooded stalls, plastic bottles all over, yellow slime under the urinals. Ended up using a universal handicap bathroom finally and it was just as bad. Someone sat on the bed lift they had in there and just pissed all over it and the floor. Long enough for it to have started drying. Washed my hands and the soap dispenser was mounted at four and a half feet off the ground roughly. How is someone in a wheelchair supposed to use this?!
