Expensive ($45 for a burger, chicken sandwich, two fries and two strawberry lemonades), food loaded with salt. The only thing worth ingesting was the lemonade.

Stopped here for some good food and to get rest between a road trip. Nice food options and very spacious so many individuals can have privacy as well.

Awesome food selection, great upgrade from how it was. Shake shake was great as always. Plenty of seating, the wait for the food was kind of long. A lot of parking available on the far side of the building.

This was our first time stopping at this newer rest stop. The facility itself is modern and well maintained, with several food options inside. I tried the Asian food spot—nothing terrible, but the noodles were pretty hard. One of the main reasons I’m leaving a review is because I’m always looking for rest stops with a fenced dog area, and they do have one. That was a huge plus—clean, accessible, and appreciated. That said, there were some frustrating issues. The self-dispensing coffee machines advertised on-site were either broken or out of critical items like milk, which was disappointing when you’re expecting a quick stop-and-go option. The biggest concern, however, is the parking lot. It was extremely congested and very difficult to navigate, especially if you’re driving a larger vehicle like a minivan or a Ford F-150. Getting in and out felt stressful and honestly unsafe—more chaotic than a Walmart parking lot. Great concept and amenities overall, but the execution—especially parking and basic functionality like coffee machines—needs improvement

Clean toilets. Dismal corporate feeling to the place. I greatly preferred when kiosks told the story of New York State, or highlighted local history, and displayed giant links of the West Point Chain from the revolutionary war. All that is gone now. Also the parking area was under cover. Now the cover is gone. The whole plaza is worse in every way. Probably should be one star, except toilets are clean, so two for that.
