  There was no one in the store yet staff became inpatient when I asked for no ice in the lemonade. Prices were not posted for all the menu item so that was confusing. Cashier was like just tell me what you want; I said I'd like to know the price first. I was by myself ordered 2 drinks and had to ask for a cup holder; which broke by the time I walked to my car (the bag also ripped before I opened my car door). He said something about sauce while I was in the store but I didn't respond because I thought he was talking to his coworker only to check my receipt and learn that he charged me for sauces I didn't order or receive. This was the worst experience I've ever had at Wendy's. I will not be back to this location. The area by the napkins was dirty.

  literally one of the worst places i have the unfortunate chance to frequent. this is the closest wendys to me and i will usually go just to get some breakfast before work. today i ask if there is anything that could be done about my order being sent to the wrong place ( to center moriches damn near 20 min away, despite me being in shirley and NEVER ordering from that wendys before) she just looked at me and told me to go there. i dont drive. i deal with the attitudes and what have you but some people really shouldnt be in the service industry with 0 people skills and it seems that is the main older woman and younger girl that hold this trait. actively irritating . $15 down the drain but promise i learned my lesson

  Went through the drive through. The person that took our order was RUDE AS HELL!! And I guess they forgot to fill the chili... I wish I could post a photo!!
