  I had a terrible first experience at McDonald’s. I pulled into the drive-thru and waited at the speaker for over 10 minutes, and no one even bothered to respond. Not a single acknowledgment. All I wanted to order was a simple bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle, but apparently that was too much to ask. This kind of service is completely unacceptable and honestly ridiculous. If management is paying attention, this needs to be addressed. Employees should be ready to take orders, especially during normal business hours. Customers shouldn’t be left sitting there wondering if anyone is even working. Very disappointing. Sucks bro!!!

  I am not usually interested to give review or anything but this time I had to, I will never go back to this mcdonald's, food was nasty old with bad smell and when I try to tell them they don't care they and I spent my money and wasted my time for nothing I had to throw it out the food because it was uneatable . Worse customer service as well

  I just left this location and I don’t really do reviews much. EVERY drink was “sold out” and the fries were RAW and cold. The sandwich was DISGUSTING. This place should be out of business. 19.97 in the garbage. Bread hard as a rock, burnt (was it moldy and needed to be burnt) WHAT A COMPLETE WASTE and I’m 20 mins away or I’d would have asked for my money back. SHAME ON McDonald’s, THE ONWER of this location, MANAGER, and the EMPLOYEES.

  This place is the worst place I order over phone you can wait here for hours. They don’t care. I hate this place but I can’t do nothing. My kids like stupid McDonald’s.
