I love that you can watch them make your order right in front of you, and no matter what size fry you get, you’ll receive a generous dump of extras right into your bag. I’ve stopped ordering tomato and lettuce on sandwiches at all but nice sit-down restaurants because they’re inevitable thin, pale ghosts of what may have once been fresh produce; this location always gives me beautiful, bright red and juicy tomatoes on my grilled cheese, with crispy lettuce to match. I throw some fries and ketchup on that bad boy and mmm…heaven! Their orange cream soda is fabulous, too! If you have more than a 10-minute drive home, eat inside—Five Guys is best enjoyed fresh (but their fries do very well re-heated in an air fryer). The inside is very clean, and while it’s nothing fancy, it’s perfectly serviceable. Love love love this location and love that veggie options are included so I can scratch my fast food itch beyond an impossible whopper.

I ordered online and went to pick it up so I wouldn't have to wait a long time at the store. But the order was NOT READY when I arrived 20 min later to pick it up, and I still had to wait a long time. The place wasn't busy. They had only one other customer when I got there, so there's no good reason why I'd have to wait another 15-20 min for them to make our food! It was only 2 burgers and fries and they were very tasty!
