  My husband was in a accident yesterday at this location the other driver jumped out of his car choked my husband tried to kill him broke his hands and ribs broke his facial bones and the employees videotaped it all did nothing my husband couldn't breathe the cops showed up screaming get off my husband the guy said im gonna get my bat i want the videotape from ur store im his wife rosina

  I dont know if it's terrible training or just a lack of caring but if you order delivery, pick up , or just walk in this place can never get an order right. Rude staff that get angry when you explain and show them the error just an all around unpleasant 9 out of 10 times. Save ypur self the stress and go to or order from the other dunk n on WFP better service and food prep.

  This store needs to get it together. Everytime I go (whether drive-thru, delivery or in-store) I have a negative experience. Once they burnt my stuffed croissant. Another time the bagel I ordered was rubbery. Another time the ice coffee was disgusting. I swear they didnt put the coffee milk. This time I went in on 12/21/25 around 11:45am for 3 gift cards. The entire staff was very standoffish. They stared at me and my spouse up and down. No one greeted or said "we'll be with you in a minute." We stood there for a bit while they continued to pick up one mobile order after another and begin working on THAT order. When they finally decided to acknowledge us, the guy was very aloof. Almost like our presence was bothering him. He did not seem to want to tend to us. Also, fix your survey code. I couldn't fill out the survey because the code(s) come back as "invalid."

  Pretty good food, the workers are pretty nice, atmosphere is fantastic these guys know how to decorate a store, everyone here is cool, they paid for my food would deff come again
