My wife’s meal came out 20 minutes after everyone else’s and all meals were cold. Waited another 15 plus minutes to get my bill I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE. Go to White Castle, you’ll get better service and a better meal.

Up till here, my feedback is that I wish they would’ve said something in their websites about waiting times. I wait. 7:03 I call, “Your food will be ready in 20 min” 7:23 I show up, “In 10 minutes” They give me my food. I make the mistake to not check the bag. Go home. The order is missing one OF TWO items. TWO ITEMS. I call. “Come back, I’ll have it ready for you” I come back. I’ve been waiting here for 15 minutes for an order of Sesame Tofu. I would’ve been content if you guys offered me an extra drink, and extra order of rice, damn, 10 more fortune cookies. No place or food is worth this much wait. I used to be a Kitchen Manager, my advice would be: when you’re so far behind turn off your ordering apps, for 20 min, catch up, turn them back on again. It works, and you don’t lose that much money.
