    As a delivery driver, this place is hands down one of the worst experiences you can have. There’s absolutely no respect for drivers’ time. Orders are not started until the driver physically arrives, which means you’re almost guaranteed to wait 15–20 minutes minimum every single time. Tonight was a reminder of why I avoid this place like the plague. It was a slow night, so I gave it another shot after about a year—and nothing has changed. Same situation: a crowd of 8–10 drivers all standing around waiting because nothing is prepared in advance. What makes it worse is the complete lack of consideration. Drivers often have multiple orders or food already in their car, and delays like this affect not just us, but the customers as well. This isn’t just one bad location either—it seems to be a consistent issue across Five Guys in general. At this point, delivery platforms should seriously reconsider working with places that operate like this. It’s inefficient, frustrating, and incredibly disrespectful to the people keeping their delivery orders moving.

    Went to pick up my food only black person in the store. Food was ready when I walked in. They served everyone but me. I had to walk up to the counter he handed me half my order only. Horrible service

    Today was supposed to be to be buy one get one free burger. Nothing was working on the app and the workers didn’t know anything. The supposed guy in charge didn’t know anything I was just so confused. Also when we came in all the tables were dirty.
