And also we asked for an upgrade for one of the kids meal's to be upgraded to a value meal, and asked for a Small Dr.Pepper to be upgraded to a Medium. It was not upgraded. We also asked for a Regular BBQ, but instead we got a Honey BBQ. (which we did not ask for!)

I opened up the wrapper and the bun was totally wet and soggy, and the burger very cold. I don't know what the deal was but I didn't even go back inside to complain. I'll just never be back, that's for sure and for certain.
