Unprofessional and a disgraceful owner who doesn’t know how to manage or hire a team to execute the simplest of tasks. I’ve complained several times and received pathetic responses directly. No worries. I’ve escalated to corporate to make sure my voice as the customer is not only heard but acted upon. I have a call with the corporate office this week. In the meantime I will spread the word with how horrible and unprofessional their team is. Stay away and visit the Centereach location. Thanks
