  Today was supposed to be to be buy one get one free burger. Nothing was working on the app and the workers didn’t know anything. The supposed guy in charge didn’t know anything I was just so confused. Also when we came in all the tables were dirty.

  My experience with the young blonde girl working as a cashier was genuinely exceptional, and my book group loves her. It is warm, genuine, and immediately uplifting. That simple gesture transforms a routine checkout into a positive experience. It creates a welcoming atmosphere and leaves customers feeling appreciated rather than just processed. When I shared my experience with my book group, everyone agreed that she is the best. Several members mentioned having similar experiences and spoke highly of her consistency and attitude. We all believe that employees like her deserve recognition for the difference they make every day. Her dedication, efficiency, and kindness make her an asset to her workplace, and she truly deserves a raise for the outstanding work she does.

  Most consistently good burger takeout around. They also offer a bunless option which is what attracted me originally

  I would like to formally express my concern regarding the behavior of the manager/supervisor name Max at this location. During my interaction at 4pm, I experienced conduct that I found to be disrespectful, unkind, and inappropriate for a professional environment. The manner in which he communicated felt demeaning and, at times, humiliating. I was humiliated by the manager today. Very interesting. If he knew exactly who I was and what I am doing for this country, he would not act like this. I didn’t record his voice. I let this go. Next time, he better know how to treat people with respect. I strongly believe that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their background or role. It is important not to make assumptions or judgments about individuals without knowing them. Professionalism requires courtesy, fairness, and respect at all times. I hope this concern is taken seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure a respectful and professional environment for all customers and employees.
