Some of the employees were extremely rude and made comments that felt racist and homophobic, which made the environment very unwelcoming. What was even more shocking was hearing employees joking about calling ICE on a guest. That kind of comment is completely inappropriate and unacceptable in any workplace, especially when customers are present. No one should feel judged, targeted, or uncomfortable while simply trying to order food. I hope management seriously addresses this situation because customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism.(this is not the first time ) Kayla, Kai and Noah those are their names.
