  Salvatores has been an iwell known, conic pizza place in rochester since i can remember. The one in scottsville by where i live is pretty consistently busy anf they seem to have a good, tight nit following ever since theh turned it into a saloon and closed the other one on scottsville rd by jefferson. Salvatores has always been 1 of the msy expensive pizza places around, and that why i dont usually orderfrom them. They were the only food place on my way home today so got a kids chicken finger fry for my daughter, & a medium meatball sub for myself. I damn near fainted when they said it was almost $28. In my opinion, there is no justification for how expensive there food is. I have worked at a few pizza places when i was younger, including salvatores for about a year. There food is the same as every other pizza place, but yet they charge "Gourmet 5 star prices". It is like $8 now for a "Super Slice" when every other place is like 4-5. The cost of turning these Salvatore's into a "Saloon" has just been passed onto there customers and raised there already rediculous prices.

  Cheeseburger plate was cold and fries were soggy, pizza slice was small and barely room temp- just a disappointment tonight. No one in there, no excuse for food to be less than fresh.

  Beware of the Scottsville location.....THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I ordered a birthday pizza and a crowler online not knowing they didn't have their liquor license. Someone immediately called and said they didn't have their license and my card would be refunded for the beer. I got my card statement and the $11.88 was never refunded. Called 3 times and was told they were going to refund my card. AFTER 3 PHONE CALLS THEY STILL HAVEN"T REFUNDED ME!!! TAKING MONEY FOR SOMETHING YOU DIDN'T PROVIDE IS STEALING!!! Update: The comment says I was refunded but a credit was never issued to my card.

  I'd really love to give the new owner a good review, but I can't. Last delivery took over two hours, multiple calls and was cold when finally received. Tonight's order was over an hour and missing items. Very frustrating. You need to step it up.

  I received an email for a free medium pizza as a birthday reward. In the past this has been great. Yesterday I ordered it online with a pick up time of 8pm. Received confirmation of my order via email. I showed up at 8pm and it took almost 5 minutes for someone to come to the counter. The girl asked me my name, looked up my order and confirmed what I had ordered. She went to the kitchen and returned saying that they never printed my ticket and that the pizza was never made. She said they could make it then but it would be 20 to 25 minutes. She was able to see what I had ordered and the pick up time, but they didnt make the pizza bc the ticket wasn't printed. Doesn't give customers much faith that their online orders will be prepared on time, if at all!
