- EBerika bollockOct 28, 20251.0Put in an online order. Walk into an empty subway and don't see my food on the rack. I find the 2 employees chatting and giggling in the back and give them my name. They tell me the were out of the meat for my sub and never bothered to call me. I ask for a refund because at this point I'm just pissed and they tell me it'll take 2 weeks to get my money back. If I could give this place zero stars I would.

On multiple occasions, I have gone at or shortly after 9:00am (listed opening time), and the door has been locked. Not once has anyone ever answered the phone either.
