The waitress was very sweet and trying her best because when we left there were over 20 people for dine in and she was also tending to bar patrons. I’m willing to pay “market price” for chicken wings, but they left these things in the fryer for double the recommended cook time. And to top that off, there was not an ounce of sauce on these things. Dry as sawdust. You can charge a premium, but you gotta deliver premium. The competition is tough for restaurants and times like these make the difference.
