Dont know why I keep giving this place a chance, and it never fails , order is wrong, employees get upset when you tell them the order is wrong and then they rather give you a refund then correct the order. Better off taking the extra trip to the next dunkin. Customer service at its worst.

That leaves 3 behind counter, not one acknowledged me for at least 3 minutes. All I needed was a hello when I walked and someone to say we will be right with you. Just no customer service. I asked the 2 girls sitting down if anyone is working the counter and their response was, should be! I love DD but lately the service is terrible at most including this stop. Can a true manager of the store teach these kids proper customer service. It’s getting Crazy and frustrating. Terrible place to stop today. They all looked disheveled in their uniforms as well. Looked like they could care less about working there

Also ordered a bagel that was supposed to be toasted(it wasn’t) but it so hard I couldn’t even get the first bite down. Tasted like a week old bagel. Never had a problem with any other dunkin but consistently let down and shafted every time I go to this location. Get better
