I will come here every few weeks out of the convenience of location for me personally, and the general lack of other quick options. Every time I try to see if the breakfast sandwiches have improved I'm disappointed to get burned food, but it's usually not too bad and I just deal with it. Today I ordered a croissant bacon egg and cheese, and it was so burned it wasn't edible. The outside looked like a pretzel bun, it had been so overcooked. Due to my time constraints I wasn't able to go in and address it at the time, I'm just left with trying to pick the insides out of the charred mess. I don't run into this issue with any other Dunkin site that I've been to, and don't know why it isn't a priority to address this, given how many other people have had the same complaint. Given the option of being served this mess, and just finding something at the Stewart's across the road, I guess I'll just start going there instead.

Fine. We get them just egg and cheese instead. Order a refresher. There’s no strawberry flavor for it. Strike two. Get to the window and we dont get the coffee. Husband says we ordered it. The boy at the window says no we didn’t and if we want it, we have to get back in line and reorder because they’re busy. Very rude. Didn’t give us straws for the two drinks we did get. And the egg and cheese croissants were both burnt black. Tired of this store. Gone downhill pretty bad the past few months.
